We are factory-trained on every major brand: August Wi-Fi 4th Gen (perfect for renters because it leaves the exterior cylinder untouched), Yale Assure SL, Schlage Encode and Encode Plus (Apple Home Key), Kwikset Halo Touch, Aqara U100 and U200, Lockly Vision, Level Lock+, Igloohome (great for short-term rentals) and commercial-grade Yale Unity for offices.

A typical install runs 45–90 minutes and includes door alignment check, deadbolt throw test, Wi-Fi or Matter pairing, app setup on your phone, family/guest user provisioning, auto-lock and away-mode configuration, and a full demo of every backup method (physical key, 9-volt jump terminal, manual keypad code). For NYC co-ops and condos we recommend models that swap only the interior thumb-turn so the exterior matches building standards and your alteration agreement stays clean. August and Level Lock are usually preferred. For brownstones with Segal or rim deadbolts we install Lockly or August Wi-Fi mounts that work without modifying the original lock body. We also configure Apple Home Key, Google Home and Alexa routines, set up auto-unlock when you reach your block, and create one-time codes for cleaners, dog walkers and Airbnb guests that automatically expire.
