Service Call Fee
This is a fixed, non-refundable fee applied once a technician is dispatched to your location. It compensats for the technician's travel and time, even if you decide not to proceed with the service upon arrival. After working hours, all service requests are considered emergencies.
Rates vary by time of day:
• $65 during business hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• $125 evening emergency (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
• $195 overnight emergency (2:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
Emergency Service Definition
Emergency locksmith services are defined as urgent requests received between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM that cannot be postponed until regular business hours due to safety concerns, access issues, or legal circumstances.
Our team is on-call 24/7 to respond quickly when you need urgent help.
Labor Cost
The labor fee depends on the type and complexity of the service—such as lockouts, rekeying, lock installation, or repairs. You'll always receive a clear price estimate before work begins.
Hardware & Parts (if applicable)
If your service requires new locks, cylinders, or other hardware, the cost of these materials will be added to your total.
Sales tax applies to hardware and materials, as required by state law.
