SwiftLocksmith provides professional locksmith services including but not limited to emergency lockout assistance, lock installation and repair, key duplication, and security system installation for residential, commercial, and automotive needs.

3. Service Requirements

To receive our services, you must:

  • Present proof of ownership or authorized access
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Pay the agreed service fees
  • Provide accurate information about the service needed

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Price Estimates

All prices displayed on our website, marketing materials, and communications are estimates based on typical services. Final pricing is determined after on-site assessment by our qualified technician.

4.2 Factors Affecting Pricing

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for: emergency services (after-hours, weekends, holidays), hard-to-reach locations, jobs requiring specialized tools or equipment, and services requiring multiple visits.

All service prices will be clearly communicated and require your approval before work begins. No work will be performed without your express consent to the quoted price.

4.5 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For extensive work, a deposit may be required.

We provide services across all five New York City boroughs. Response times are estimates based on typical conditions and may vary significantly.

5.2 Emergency Service Commitment

For genuine emergencies, we make every effort to arrive as quickly as possible regardless of conditions. However, we cannot guarantee specific response times due to factors beyond our control.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

All our services come with a 90-day warranty on workmanship. Manufacturer warranties may apply to installed products. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, attempted repairs by others, or normal wear and tear.

7. Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice. Emergency service cancellations after a technician has been dispatched may incur a service charge.

8. Privacy and Security

We maintain strict confidentiality of all customer information and security details. Our privacy policy details how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Liability

While we strive for excellence in all our services, SwiftLocksmith's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
