Security cameras only earn their keep when they're positioned, focused and recording correctly. A badly installed camera is just a decoy. SwiftLocksmith installs CCTV and video surveillance systems for homes, apartment buildings, offices and storefronts across all five boroughs of NYC: high-definition and 4K cameras, night-vision and low-light models for dim entryways and alleys, and NVR/DVR recorders sized so you actually keep enough footage history to matter.

Every system we install includes remote viewing from your phone, motion-triggered alerts and recording, and your choice of local or cloud storage. For NYC buildings we cover the locations that matter in practice: the front entry and vestibule where packages disappear, basement and service entrances, rear yards and fire escapes, and for commercial clients the register and stockroom. We mount cameras out of easy reach, run cabling cleanly, and configure everything before we leave. You'll be watching live footage on your own phone before we consider the job done.

Installation starts at $350 depending on camera count and wiring runs, with consultations available seven days a week. We also service and repair existing systems: dead cameras, recorders that stopped saving footage, systems the previous owner never handed over the password to, and can integrate cameras with intercoms and access control so you can see who's at the door before you release the lock.
